1. Machine Introduction
This machine is mainly applied in high viscosity liquid filling in agrochemical, handwashing, detergent, oil, and other industries. Easily controlled by a computer (PLC)and touch screen control panel. It is characterized by its submerged filling, high measurement accuracy, compact and perfect feature, liquid cylinder and conduits disassemble and clean. It is also suitable for various figure containers. We utilize high-quality stainless steel frames and internationally famous brand electrical components so that the machine is applied to GMP standard.
2. Machine Features
a. The machine can fill round, square and flat bottles from 80ml-1L in different industries.
b. Piston filling, SUS304 pistons are piston-off structure, it can completely discharge the product when changing different products.
c. PTFE and Teflon material can prolong the lifetime of the machine
d. Three-way angle valve with the material SUS316, has the features of simple structure, stable performances, and reliable sealing.
e. PLC Control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt, stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.
f. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted on the touch screen.
g.The machine can work together with the capping, labeling machine to improve efficiency.
h. Weight feedback system as the optional function, volume adjusting can be done by pressing one key in the touch screen.
